Guarantee

Following my response to your guidance and after adjusting what we're doing in your session,
if you're still not satisfied, let me know before we've passed the half-way point.
We'll bring the session to an early close at no charge to you.

Cancelations
Clients who break an appointment with less than 12 hours notice may be asked
to mail a check for half their session cost as a cancellation fee.
